That sounds like something I could do because when its winter time and no sunshine I dont want to exercise but I know I need to if I ever want to reach my goal Thanks for the fresh idea emoticon

Oh yes! Some days it's really hard to get my backside moving! On those days I bribe myself to do 10 minutes...then I bribe myself to do 10 more minutes! And ten more.... till I'm done.

What are my bribes? A new book for my Nook, a bubble bath, time to paint my toenails....whatever I can think of that is not food!

Absolutely harder some days than others! But I know if can push myself I always feel better after!

YES ! Somedays I feel like it is too much.and give in. I know I HAVE to move more ! I not not like to exercise..any kind. I make my self walk at lunchtime at work for 15 mins. I hope soon it will not be so hard. emoticon

i can't do too many exercise because i have fibromyalgia. i'm allowed to stretch, do water aerobics and now i can try yoga. i also have a recumbent stationary bike that i've been using for 10 minutes every day. i feel better when i do something and i wish there was a heated pool with the right schedule. i love the summer classes but that pool is outdoor only. sometimes i really miss being a kid when i played sports and danced twice a week.

Yes, I have my days when I don't feel like doing anything. However, I will put on some music and dance around. There been sometimes when I just rest. It's all in how I really feel, but on most part I exercise at 6 - 7 days a week. Some days are more intense then others. You just have to find that balance for you.

Progress may be slow, but it happens!
No such thing as last place only finishers.

absolutely. On those days when I just do not want to do anything, I try my best to do as Spark Guy suggests & give it 10 minutes. Sometimes that's all I do, but most of the time I will keep going.

and sometimes I just don't do anything.

I've never regretted the 'only 10 minutes' days emoticon
I always regret the 'do nothing' days emoticon

Yeh I know I have some days where I do strength and cardio and or aerobics but some days it just takes all I got

Oh for sure! Some days I double up and do both strength training and a full cardio....sometimes those days are just rough.

Yeh I know leg exercises kill me too but to tone them up and lose fat I have to do them Thanks and keep me motivated with posts

Yeah, LEG DAY! I'm okay with shoulder, back & chest day but leg day I dread the most which was today.
