I've kept up pretty good with my running schedule, but have skipped the last 2 strength training days. I've been exhausted from a crazy work schedule over the last couple months. Will be back on track next week!

I've been in the same boat due to surgery. It probably will be a set back. Watch carefully how much and what you eat during this time. Once you are able to work back up to what you could do before surgery, you'll be back in the swing of it and things will happen again. Hang in there.

I have not been to the Y at all this week. My excuse? It is too cold to jump out of bed, put on a swim suit and clothes, go to the Y and jump into the pool. I have never been a sissy about cold weather, but this week the cold really got to me.
I haven't exercised in about 2 weeks. Just been soooo extremely tired for some reason. I have to get back going again.

Better to know than not know about an underlying/undiagnosed heart condition. Things could have been much worse than a delay of a couple of weeks had you not found this issue.

Had nose surgery last friday which ended with me having a 2 day stay from a heart complication. Needless to say my exercise program I started 3 weeks ago has been put on hold until I can get in for follow up care with a cardiologist. A little disappointed because I was starting to feel better and had lost three pounds. Not giving up, just delayed a little while.
