same here. if I have the flu or a bad virus or even a fever, I choose to rest. I let my body fight it out and get itself healthy. If it is just a cold or feeling "meh", I exercise. I usually feel better.

With the flu I would definitely take it easy until I felt better. Unless you feel well enough to get outside and take a walk. Fresh air always makes me feel better when I'm sick instead of sitting in a cooped up house!
If you really have no energy, you should rest. If you are just a little sick but don't want to miss a day, do something light like walking. You don't need to swear off exercise every time you get the sniffles, but you also need to take a rest when your body tells you to. Only you can determine just how sick you are and if you need a rest day. :) Hope you feel better soon!
