emoticon My Daily Goal for Steps is 14,000. Usually I can get that fairly easily by going to the Gym or by walking to the Store in the evening.
emoticon It has been snowing and around 10 Degrees (with a Wind Chill of -10!!) all day. We did get out once, and went to Wal-Mart where we walked for 23 minutes before we did our Shopping. All of my other Walking has been with Leslie Sansone DVDs.

emoticon On January 12 DH and I completed a 1,000 Day Challenge to walk at least 10 minutes Every Night. We have continued to walk every evening and most of the time the Stray Cat who lives with us walks with us, LOL!!
emoticon Starting on January 13, we are doing a 100 Day Challenge to do at least 10 Push Ups Every Day. Several of our FaceBook Friends have joined us in the Push Ups Challenge.

emoticon We have walked every nigh, in spite of the Ice and Snow. We just walked a Lot slower, LOL!! The cat did not go with us until last night, and while we were there he actually got inside the Store Twice, but he is easy to catch and put back outside.
emoticon I am working the Night Shift tonight so No Walk to the Store. But I am taking an Resistance Band, Weighted Balls, and DVD so I will walk around the House tonight after my Client goes to bed.

great job. today it was day two. I had to do my walking in the dark though after work, and did about 30 minutes. It was very mild around here though.

emoticon 21,550 steps today. We walked to the Store as usual tonight, but the Cat did NOT walk with us, which is Very Unusual. Apparently he thought that it was Too Cold, LOL!!

emoticon 28 degrees, Humidity 74%. Snow and Ice is predicted for Tomorrow.

emoticon As of yesterday Hubby and I have Walked Every Day for at least 10 minutes for 960 Days in a row. Usually we do a lot more than 10 minutes -- Average 20 - 30 most Days. Our Goal was/is 1,000 Days in a row.
emoticon Not sure what our next Challenge will be.
