Wow! That is a really great accomplishment! I am on Day 158 of a walking every day streak and it feels wonderful physically and mentally! We can do it!

You will get where you want to go as long as you take more steps in the right direction than the wrong one.

emoticon I had never before exercised. I'm feeling so much better since I started walking every morning. I can feel the benefit from this even more so that the weight loss.

Baby steps now but I will meet my goal.
