Certainly some people find it difficult to get to sleep while their body is still wound up from exercise.

Others have no problems.

If you fall in the latter category, then great.

I can typically fall asleep at my noramal bedtime just fine after late evening workouts. Sometimes though a workout will give me a "second wind".

Hi RASIDAHD,

If you can fall asleep after a workout like that, that's just fine. Many people find that exercise actually stimulates them so they cannot fall asleep.

Hi, I used to do an aerobic at home a few times previously before I go to bed. Is this good or bad? I done the aerobic session for about 1 hour and then I rest myself on bed until I fall asleep. Is it OK?
