I can typically fall asleep at my noramal bedtime just fine after late evening workouts. Sometimes though a workout will give me a "second wind".

If you can fall asleep after a workout like that, that's just fine. Many people find that exercise actually stimulates them so they cannot fall asleep.

Hi, I used to do an aerobic at home a few times previously before I go to bed. Is this good or bad? I done the aerobic session for about 1 hour and then I rest myself on bed until I fall asleep. Is it OK?
