I would also ask your doctor for advice on what exercises are safe to try and what you should avoid. They should be able to give you some advice.

Use resistance bands and do the ones on SP, get a table top bicycle and use it, walk, stretch. Look at the SP videos and see which ones you can do. God bless you!

I have copd and on oxygen 24/7. I have a lot of down time in bed.What are some exercises I can do in bed? I do the chair videos,but is their anything else I can do in bed? Thanks. emoticon
