I personally do not see yoga as a major calorie burn. It contributes to general health and flexibility, but do not confuse typical yoga exercise with raising one's heart rate and expending major calories. So for a time, your "plan" for exercise seems reasonable, but not sustainable for a long period of time. Again, as others have said, mixing in some weight training will help with preventing muscle loss.

I personally know that the combination of 1200 calories + exercise doesn't work for long. When I lost weight the first time, I did Slimgenics. (Horrible place but that's another story.) They had me on 1200 calories which worked okay at first because I had more weight to lose. As I lost, I felt better and started working out more regularly. And my weight loss basically stalled out; the weight loss place refused to make changes to their plan. When I finally quit that place, I started adding food in and dropped an additional 10 pounds the following month.
I recently looked at Medifast because I am not losing. I went in for a consultation and explained I am very active. I run half marathons and such. They claimed they would put me on 1300 calories and that worked great for people who "ran marathons". (Um, I never said I ran marathons but details.) I basically decided against it because I knew 1300 calories would never support a more active lifestyle. In the last half I ran, I burned well over 1500 calories in the race alone, never mind what I needed to function as a human being who breathes and has a heartbeat and such.
What I am getting at is if you add some caloric intake for exercise, your range will increase. However, you may very well find that you will lose what remains. And I do concur that you can't spot reduce but you definitely need to give your body energy to lose weight.

Zorbs has given you some good advice. There's no way to target fat loss to a specific area of the body- your body will decide for itself where it wants to take the weight off. Your best bet is to establish an eating and exercise routine you can maintain forever. That's how to take the weight off, and keep it off for good.
I don't know many people who could exercise 2 hours a day forever, and you really don't need to unless you're training for some kind of endurance activity. I would cut back on the amount of time you're spending and instead, increase the intensity. I would also recommend adding strength training to your routine 2-3 times a week, and eat in the calorie range SparkPeople suggests.

safe? to some extent..you might be able to get away with it for awhile..but it just isn't enough calories and you'll burn out.
should you be doing it? absolutely not..1200 calories is the minimum amount of calories for a sedentary individual.
Also, there is no need to do 2 hours of exercise. Quality over quantity.

I would assume that as long as you are feeling great it is fine. For some people fairly rapid weight loss can actually help to keep them motivated but you have set the bar pretty high for yourself and while you will certainly lose weight, you will lose it overall, not just in your belly. You might want to consider that the walk and the cardio are both "cardio" exercises and that incorporating some strength training into your routine would be highly beneficial. You can find some excellent strength training combos in the fitness section here. Just look for "workout generator".

hii..iam 60 kgs .and my main problem is the belly fat..i want to lose 13 kgs in 3 months..i am in a 1200 cal diet and execising for 2 hours which include 30 min walk ,30 min cardio exercise and 1 hour yoga from the past 15 days..is it safe..plz help
