I am 65 and work full time as a hospice nurse. Until about 10 years ago I did not battle weight and now it seems the less eat the more I gain. Have been with spark about 6 weeks and feel good about the progress I am making, slowly but the wgt is declining and I have more energy, sleep better at night and find I have lost my appetite for the bad high carb food! emoticon

Live each day fully as it is a gift.
