now that we are empty nesters(again) my husband and i decided(like most everyone)that its time to take of ourselves!! we both exercise walking/jogging and we go to gym. now of course being 49 and in the throws of menopause is just sooo helpful. like everyone i watch what i eat or so i think then i get on the scales and "really that's it"" why bother so here i go yoyo back and forth and he continues to lose weight but not i!! it gets to be very depressing,plus i know the right from wrongs but that doesn't seem to stick,have that glass a wine or diet coke/captain morgans only makes me want to snack MORE!! i know all of this so i decided to really put myself into this program and own up to myself..I KNOW I AM WORTH IT
So i go!!
