so, i thought i should put my thoughts down on paper, so to speak.
anywho, my goals are
*to lose 10kg by june 10 - as according to sparkpeople lol
*to be comfortable living a healthy lifestyle
*to be a good role model for my 2 kiddies
*to look ab - fab in whatever i am wearing!
My fast break goals are
*10 minutes of exercise daily
*eat breakfast - AT breakfast time
*to write in a journal 3 times a week
so i guess this could be my sort of journal/accountability for my journey.
how am i feeling today? kinda good i guess. motivated, and ready for this challenge!
Day 1 i have done my strength training & 10 minute of exercise (exercycle lol)
no i didnt meet the sparkpeople 30 minute reccomendation for exercise, but that doesnt bother me at the moment. i am building my consistency by starting with only 10 minutes a day for 2 weeks so it becomes habitual. and i will stick at it, i will, i will, i will!!
