I am trying to drop the weight hard and build general strength and stamina so a diet and workout routine was started. I am doing really good I think, down 32 pounds since first week in Feb. but I hated working 14 hours and then doing a 1-2 hours gym session. One of the guys at work is doing CF and is trying to help me reach my goal. on days that I work he gives me a modified CF workout. I'm doing doing things like in the video but that's only because only olympic lifters and/or full timers could lift my body weight. I cant get enough of the workouts though. In anywhere from 10-20 minutes my complete workout is done and I have to take another 10 minutes of being dead on the ground. I love them and hopefully they help.
