@ECSO: what's your workout look like?

I am trying to drop the weight hard and build general strength and stamina so a diet and workout routine was started. I am doing really good I think, down 32 pounds since first week in Feb. but I hated working 14 hours and then doing a 1-2 hours gym session. One of the guys at work is doing CF and is trying to help me reach my goal. on days that I work he gives me a modified CF workout. I'm doing doing things like in the video but that's only because only olympic lifters and/or full timers could lift my body weight. I cant get enough of the workouts though. In anywhere from 10-20 minutes my complete workout is done and I have to take another 10 minutes of being dead on the ground. I love them and hopefully they help.

I agree with ARMSPORTS. At this point I'm trying to build strength and CF doesn't really do that in the most efficient manner. I like 5x5 for strength. CF will definitely kick your ass, get you fit and make you sweat like a whore in church.

My new workout I made for my buddy and I is a crossfit style workout. Just started about 3 weeks ago. Gets a crazy sweat going and still hits the muscles pretty good. Loving it.

Crossfit is great, I use it a lot with my clients. I consider it more for general conditioning and calorie burning than mass building per se. But it is just a hellish way to train.
