Tom Yum soup is lower calorie than the coconut soups. It is delicious!

Many Thai restaurants offer a spicy, flavorful papaya salad that is light and will help you reach your fruits / veggie quota for the day. It does have a lot of sodium (as do most restaurant dishes), so expect some water retention if you get it...

any suggestions on what is delicious AND won't kill my daily calorie limit? I am used to eating spring rolls, pad thai or coconut based soups, but need a healthy lunch out with the girls tomorrow. Any suggestions are appreciated!
