Since weight gain is part of your needs, eating well and not worrying so much about the calories might be most important.

My parents like this pizza place downtown and they want to go there. The pizza place also sells salads, pasta, wings, etc. but since I have no idea how many calories are in any of the food I'm leery on what to get. Any suggestions? Also whenever my mom cooks dinner, I'm not exactly sure how many calories are in it so what should I do?
