Hi and welcome. So glad you are here to make a change! You should be eating 5 times a day, thats 3 main meals and 2 snacks, and protein is important because it keeps you fuller longer! I do not eat breakfast nor lunch supper yes.I have insomnia and eat during night how do I break this habit?
