Hi and welcome. So glad you are here to make a change! You should be eating 5 times a day, thats 3 main meals and 2 snacks, and protein is important because it keeps you fuller longer! Get familiar with everything and join some teams. Teams are good for motivation, support and accountability. Good luck on your journey

I do not eat breakfast nor lunch supper yes.I have insomnia and eat during night how do I break this habit? emoticon
