Thank you so much! That would be helpful! I'm really struggling right now! I'm trying to up the amout of calories I eat, but still haven't been able to! I've lost 5lbs this week, which I need to & I've been working out a couple hours a day. I just need to have a healthier life style though! For God sakes! I'm 38 & stil struggling with this! I will be ok though!

Hey! I'm new to this site as well, and I've also struggled with ED in the past, and still continue to fight off some of the symptoms now. If you want to have a motivation buddy or just need to vent, I'll do my best to be there for ya. Obviously i don't have all the answers, but bouncing ideas and problem solving skills back and forth always helps me out.

Hi, I'm new to this site & trying to figure things out! I've been dealing with anorexia/ bulemia for years now. It was in remission for several years. I broke my back in 2004 & haven't been able to exercise as much as I would like to. In the past few weeks I have started to revert back to my eating disorder. I have gained too much weight & I'm tired of it! I want to lose weight in a healthy way, but not sure that I can. I know as of the last few days I have only been consuming maybe 500 calories a day & I've been working out 2 hours a day. Not sure what I can do at this point! If I can please have some advice!
