Definitely. Especially lately, I have been substituting a protein shake and some fruit for breakfast. All that protein keeps me full for hours!! I highly recommend meal replacement protein shakes for breakfast and fresh fruit or yogurt!

I know that one of the most common things people with weight issues have in common is not eating breakfast so I make it a point to eat breakfast everyday even if its just something small before work then I bring like a yogurt or something else to have for a later breakfast I have realized this is helping a lot. Has anyone else noticed this?
