I've done that many times, gone up and down the scale. Don't give up on yourself.

Take it in baby steps, start by being active just 10 minutes a day. There are great free videos on Spark, some as short at 7 minutes.

Log all of your food, the good, bad and the ugly. Then after a couple weeks, look it over, see what your habits are, where you can make some healthy swaps or cut down some portions a bit.

Don't dwell on mistakes you've made or the number on the scale. Focus your energy on healthy choices each day and start over again immediately if you loose your way.

Remember the old proverb... fall down seven times, get up eight.

emoticon On the TV show "HEAVY" (there are clips on YouTube) the trainer made a great comment "You learned how to lose weight, but you never learned how to KEEP IT OFF." That is true of nearly everyone as they go back to eating junk food, especially foods with MSG, which has lots of label names like "natural flavors."

Do this for you and DON'T QUIT.
