Just search "Applebees Garlic Sirloin". I found one that specifically said it's with the sides and gives 450 calories, 19 g fat, 33g carbs, 5 g fiber, and 42g protein. Percent is a fraction, grams is a unit. but if you know that the whole lot weighs 100 grams and contains 2% of substance Y, then you have 0.02 x 100 = 2 grams of substance Y. But the nutritional info for carbs and protein are in %. how do I figure out the grams to use on MyNutrition Tracker? (Carbs= 29% and Protein=36%). any help would be appreciated. I have just started SparkPeople and want to do it right!
