This doesn't quite answer your question, but there are a number of entries already put into the tracker for that particular entree. Just search "Applebees Garlic Sirloin". I found one that specifically said it's with the sides and gives 450 calories, 19 g fat, 33g carbs, 5 g fiber, and 42g protein. So, you can just use that since it appears to be complete and correct.

you can figure it out here. there are some websites that are better.

this was from another site
You can't, unless you know the weight of the whole item. Percent is a fraction, grams is a unit. but if you know that the whole lot weighs 100 grams and contains 2% of substance Y, then you have 0.02 x 100 = 2 grams of substance Y.

I am going to Applebees and ordering the garlic sirloin with the sides. Applebees says this is 450 calories. But the nutritional info for carbs and protein are in %. how do I figure out the grams to use on MyNutrition Tracker? (Carbs= 29% and Protein=36%).
any help would be appreciated. I have just started SparkPeople and want to do it right!
