This doesn't quite answer your question, but there are a number of entries already put into the tracker for that particular entree. Just search "Applebees Garlic Sirloin". I found one that specifically said it's with the sides and gives 450 calories, 19 g fat, 33g carbs, 5 g fiber, and 42g protein. So, you can just use that since it appears to be complete and correct.
