Hi Everyone,

Something that helps me drink my 8 glasses of water a day is to always keep water with me, in the car, next to me where I'm sitting at home, and I also drink it while exercising, which I do at home. I also find that the more I drink my 8 glasses the more my body helps me out by wanting the water.
