I have a water bottle that holds 4 cups of water & I use it for work. Every time I work I end up refilling it and drinking it all. Knowing I only have to drink all of that water twice instead of 4 water bottles helps.

I have a bottle that holds a little over 2 cups. I have a job that I cannot leave to go potty when I want to so I don't drink enough water and my body is suffering. I average 2 cups per day

whatever works for you, is great.

I don't drink from the bottle; I use it to fill a glass (but I can see by re-filling what I've consumed)

I carry a gallon jug with measurement markers to work each day. I drink A LOT of water so this works well for me. emoticon

Much easier to keep track with one water bottle

I track mine similarly. I like to see the amount shrinking in the big bottle.

I find it easier to drink all the water I need to in a day by having my water bottle with me throughout the day and knowing that each time I empty it I have drank 3 1/2 cups of water. I try to empty my water bottle at least 3 times a day, then I know I have had enough water.
