One way I drink atleast 8 cups a day with no problem is by having a full glass (2 cups after breakfast, another 2 after lunch, and another 2 after dinner. The other 2 are usually drank during or after my workout. It took a while for me to remember to drink a full glass with every meal but it has become second nature now! I feel a lot slimmer and healthier. My skin is also a lot clearer. Drink up guys!
