Dr. Oz might be a fantastic medical doctor, BUT he is NOT in any way, shape, or form an expert on nutrition or most of the other topics he brings up on his show. Ever since he got big on TV, it seems as if he'll promote just about anything as long as it gets him money and fame.

Just another fad diet. Don't waste your time or money on it. You will meet your goals if you focus on eating right through healthy foods and proper portions and getting more movement into your day.

I don't trust Dr. Oz anymore. he seems to be endorsing anything and everything.

All the so called "secrets of success"will not work ... unless you do.

I have read about keytones since the mid 70's. It can put stress on the body.
