Lost 11 pounds in 4 weeks. Weight comes off slow but hope to keep it off. I know I will as long as I keep motivated and watch what I eat. Eating is so easy to eat lots of calories without eating large portions so I just have to keep that at the front of my mind and keep losing. 11 down 41 to go Woo Hoo
