Down 15# is fantastic. That is FIVE POUNDS, three times. Just work on five pound goals and you will get there. DON'T QUIT. Most everyone quits and goes back to old eating habits, so they never get the fat off. Just don't quit.

slowly but surely I am getting use to losing weight and doing the menu planning I have finally started to use. I learned a new website about exercise and I am loving it very much. I am participating more in my weight loss support group and also learning more. I hope all goes well with others. remember we have to take it one step at a time, and we also need to be patient. it did not take us one day to gain this weight and it is not going to take one day to lose the necessary weight.
