thanks for the response.
I have tried 3 different heights, as mentioned - my only other problem is that if I get it at the proper height, it will probably have to be tipped a little in my direction - I have a laptop. It's aggravating because I do like quite a few of the exercises on this site. Gotta keep trying to find just the right thing to make it all work.

Do you have a sturdy box like one of those plastic milk crates that college students use for stuff ? You may find using a milk crate on top of your table helps to elevate the monitor. If that's too high, do you have some sturdy hard cover books ?

Are you using a monitor or a flat screen ? If you're using a flat screen, a stack of wide hard cover books could work as a temporary stand on your table. if you're using a monitor (like a TV) then you'll need something like the milk crate for stability.

A foot stool could work too.

I can not find a suitable height to place the computer and be able to adequately view the exercises I want to do. I put it on the floor - no; I put it on my TV table - no; I put it on a surface halfway between the two - no. I always have to have my head and neck in an uncomfortable position to watch the video/exercises. Any suggestions on how to view all these helpful exercises?
