I would try to think "Was I mostly moving, or mostly listening to the improvements/suggestions?"

I would probably track a quarter to a half of the time as some form of 'dance' in the tracker.

It would be impossible to guess your calorie burn without tracking your minutes using a stopwatch or somethign similar, or a heart rate monitor.

I would personally track only the minutes, and eat at the top of my range, and not sweat it if I went over a couple hundred calories that day. :)

How do you count stop-and-go exercise? I'm in a local production of The Music Man, and we danced "the shipoopi" for two hours straight... but NOT really straight, because we danced, stopped, danced, stopped... similar to tennis or other stop and go activities. Suggestions?
