I did great my first week. I lost 3.4 lbs. I started out a little rough this week with my little girls birthday party. Damn the cake. But I am so proud of myself I got right back to it the next day. Who knew I had so much willpower in myself to continue. I cant wait to make me me again. I know all weeks won't be so easy but its just exciting to have such a great start.

Hi Kat... I got a huge mug with a cover. its 74 ounces..i fill it with ice and water and take a sip whenever i remember. i finish it plus more every day..if you arent looking at it or thinking oh geez i have to drink blank its easy..and now i LOVE water and drink it all the time!! but it has to be COLD for me.
I'M NOT CRAZY ABOUT WATER BUT I GAVE UP ALL SODA ON MY BIRTHDAY IN JULY AND AM DOING BETTER. I USUALLY ORDER WATER DECAFFEE COFFEE OR UNSWEETENED TEA . THEY ALL COUNT AS WATER ! GOOD LUCK !

been doin this almost a week and im doin gud apart from the water intake, im tryin but if i drink 2 much i feel sick so iv had a thought and im gunna drink 2 cups ov water every time i have summit 2 eat. it will make me feel fuller aswell.
