Check out HASfit on youtube or google it. They have a lot of different videos that are my go-to when I want something different.

Fitness Blender is the best!!! They have sooo many free workouts.

here is their site: www.fitnessblender.com/

And they have a youtube channel as well: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCiP6wD_tY

I recommend their own site because you can search for workouts based on different criteria. For example, lets say you want a cardio workout, for over 20 minutes, with medium difficulty, that targets the whole body. Bam!

My favorites is Jessica Smith. Her videos work well in a small space. I have just discovered Jenny Ford and HERS FitWell. I like the Cindy Whitmarsh one at HERS FitWell

Do you like walking ? I just posted this Leslie Sasone Walking workout that's posted on youtube.

Depending on what interests you, YOUTUBE has every single kind of workout imaginable posted. So, if you're looking for a book camp workout, search on boot camp or salsa or zumba or bollywood or ballet or yoga or walking or crossfit. It's all there from beginer to advanced levels.

I have been doing the spark people indoor cardio videos for a few months now and I'm looking for some extra videos to try out just to add some variety but I don't really know where to look, most of my area is flooded so I'm stuck inside for my workouts :( I don't have a huge amount of space but all of coach Nicole's videos have been great for me so far. Does anyone know any good videos I can find online? preferably free ones. I know I could just run around my flat for a while but I prefer something more structured with a routine to follow.
