I does this! I get a mug about 8 ounces and use juice from half a lemon and warm water and that is the first thing I have in the morning before eating or drinking anything else. I remember reading an article online and all the benefits listed for your liver, digestive system, skin and it supposedly kick starts your metabolism/speeds it up so that's why I do it. I makes a cup for my mom too.

I've never tried warm water with lemon before so decided to give it a try. In fact, I'm enjoying it right now and it's very good and very satisfying! I've had cold water with lemon, but I think I really like it better. This is great during those cold winter months!

No, I do not. If I had cobwebs in my throat that needed to be cleared, I'd probably take this as it works for Steeler71 to clear them. Otherwise, I don't see much of a reason to drink warm water ....with anything. Yuck. Maybe cold water, but not warm. The reason Victoria Secret models are so skinny is because they don't eat much.
I don't like liquids with my meals, period, so have not tried this.

Yep, that's why. Because of the warm water with lemon they don't need airbrushing or computer remodeling. I became a VS model this way....seriously, at my age even!
LOL, I would drink this if I could add a tea bag....and some shortbread.....

I remember Richard Simmon's saying he drinks this, every morning, but not every meal. If you want to be like those model's, you only get one baked potato at dinner, eat the skin, though, and lunch is 2 pieces of fruit. Before bed, they eat some cheese or drink warm milk.
I was looking at what the Victoria's Secret models eat and they have warm water with lemon in it every meal.... wondering if anyone else does this? I know if I was doing like a cleanse I'd have the warm water with lemon, but never thought of having it every single day... is that why I don't look like a Victoria's Secret model? hahahaha
