I'm curious.......Is there any one out there who has a problem drinking to much alcohol?It's an easy way to sabbitosh your diet/eating healthy.I know I used to.I no longer drink at all or at least try not to.If I do it's only one or two but even that is to much,it is so high in calories,and the side affects of wanting to eat can lead to a huge food frenzy.(Not Good.)So I really am very careful and really think before I drink(which I pointed out is not often)maybe once a month,lately not even that.But still there has to be out of the thousands of s.p. out there,at least some who may struggle w/ this while trying to lose weight.....I just though it would be an interesting topic-and who knows maybe there are people out there who may really have a problem and don't know how,or don't want any one to know they drink to much.I figured if this grabbed any ones attention,that this could be a place to open up about it,and find thiere not alone.I know I once had that problem,very embarrassing,though it shouldn't and maybe talking about it would help.Hope I'm not alone on this topic,please leave a comment,don't be shy,who knows???Like to think I'm not alone!
