in my 20's dancing and walking were all the exercise I got, kept me skinny - wish I still danced! sometimes with the radio on - but too much noise drives my autistic family a bit nuts so it's kind of a solo activity :)

Dance = breathing. I dance 3 times per week and zumba 2 times per week. On the 4th Sunday, add one more dance to my week. If I have to miss dance, I'm pretty sure I have withdrawal pains (grin). Yes, I'm addicted to dance.

Me! I do a whole range of authentic Latin dances...with varying degrees of skill. :) I'm also interested in Middle Eastern and Indian dances.
My favorite is Cuban "Casino" salsa danced in a wheel or rueda. There is a caller who tells you what steps to do and dancers change partners, so everybody gets to dance with everybody. This is my dance group: www.youtube.com/watch?v=aNQf4h5WiMI
I also do Zumba from time to time. Ballroom dancing is not my thing.

i luv luv luv the just dance games for the wii it's such a good workout and i can do it with my daughter, an added bonus...so who out there uses it for an exercise regiment cuz i no i do and i have seen results. u get a workout and have fun doing it!!
