My first 10 pounds lost, I bought myself new sneakers. My second 10 pounds, it was a seriously supportive sports bra. I have been reluctant to spend money on myself for fitness, so "investing" in these things has helped to reinforce my efforts. Hopefully my next 10 I can fit back in my jeans!

I'm going to reward myself each month with something fun (this month is Just Dance 3 for the Wii) if I exercise at least 20 days that month. And if I lose enough weight by my birthday (April 21) I'm going to get a new tattoo!
