Yeah I think that they work. Not really as well as running or swimming, but you can get a good workout from them.

They work really well as a clothes hanger.

They work if you use them and if you train smart. They also need to be used in conjunction with a decent strength training program. Past that, I don't know what other information you were looking for with your post - ?
