My week this past week was kinda that way. Can't tell you exactly why, but it just was. I decided that on the days when I ate a bit more, the next day I'd simply cut back and balance it out. It worked out fine. I lost a pound. And losing a pound is GREAT for me. That's about what I lose on a week that I follow my plan to the letter, so I was very happy.
I'm learning that this journey is NOT about perfection, but learning how to keep life in balance. If we go over one day, we spend the next ever how many days balancing it out. It takes 3,500 calories to lose a pound. How do we get that deficit into our week? That's the balance we're looking for!
