I don't know what you are doing wrong, but I know I can't release weight on the huge number of calories that most diet programs say I should be eating. I'm a small person under the fat, and I have to drop down on calories to lose the fat, especially staying away from carbs. Work the diet to fit your body.

I have been counting calories for a week. I have not went over my calories intake, but I have gained 5 pounds. Help. What am I doing wrong?
