I don't know what you are doing wrong, but I know I can't release weight on the huge number of calories that most diet programs say I should be eating. I'm a small person under the fat, and I have to drop down on calories to lose the fat, especially staying away from carbs. Work the diet to fit your body.

Your body will be determined to hang on to what it knows. Don't give up. It's not what you lose in a week, ....it's the overall picture. Do you feel better? Do you have more energy? You can do this...just keep Sparkin'!!

I have been counting calories for a week. I have not went over my calories intake, but I have gained 5 pounds. Help. What am I doing wrong?
