Losing maybe 1 pound is no plateau sister! You worked hard for that. Try exercising that allows you to sit too, Sit and be fit?

Day one week three. This week has been more of a plateau. Maybe one lb. off. Following program. I know lack of exercise doesn't help. Walking every day but still having lots of pain issues in major joints. I will keep going.
