I guess I should go by my bathroom scale. I always weigh same time and in the clothes at home

The number on the scale is just a number. You aren't actually any lighter or slimmer on the Walmart scale.

The point of weighing is to track your progress over time. Which scale is more 'accurate' doesn't really matter, so long as you keep using the same one, so that the results are consistent.

In any event, using the tape measure to track inches lost is a better measure of your progress than the scale.

Most scales are different; what matters isn't whether one scale is more accurate than another but that you always weigh under the same circumstances, at the same time of day, on the same scale. What matters is the difference between weighins... not any given number at any moment. Weight is not a static number.

Well your weight does fluctuate during the day depending on how much water is in your body. The walmart scale also could need to be calibrated or not calibrated enough for the number of various people who use it on a daily basis.

I have a digital scale at home that I use. Our Wal-Mart pharmacy has a Solo Health Station where you can measure your blood pressure and weight and have the results e-mailed to you. I know it's double effort, but I like having the results e-mailed to me. They e-mail current and a history, so I go every week. The Wal-Mart scale weights me 3 pounds less than my home scale. Any thoughts on which is accurate? I weight at home in my pjs first thing in the morning and Wal-Mart mid-morning, fully clothed. Of course I like the Wal-Mart numbers better. :)
