When I look at the recipes here the difference in the calorie counts.... How can I use this when I see calories in the same food cooked about the same... ranging from 100 to 400 calories. For example a pork chop should be approximately 72 calories per ounce { 288 calories in a 4 oz.}but i have seen large differences in the calories listed. I start with the calories in pork chop then add the calories in the ingredients. Please people we are all in the same boat and it will definitely sink if we are not more diligent in reporting calories in our recipes, and right now I am too heavy to swim lol This seems like a great place to be and I am looking forward to making some friends if you all don't think I am being to picky lol have a gr8 day looking forward to hearing from you
