How do you know how many calories you're eating? You don't track consistently here, and the days when you have tracked, you're not in the calorie range you mentioned. You also list a lot of restaurant foods, which are very unpredictable. (Restaurant portions are generally at least 15% larger than the portion their public calorie counts are based on. They can get in trouble for serving less than they advertise, but there's no penalty for giving customers more than they paid for, so they make their containers so large that their cheapest employee will never serve too little.)
Are you tracking somewhere else? If not, the first step would be to seriously measure, weigh, and record all of your food and make sure you're actually eating in the range of calories that SparkPeople suggests for you.

Back off a bit on both. Eat more and exercise less. Maybe your body isn't accepting your method of weight-loss. On the other hand, maybe you are building muscle weight. After reading so many of the articles in this program I learned that it is not healthy to starve your body, which has been my problem. I never have been a big eater and couldn't figure out why I couldn't lose weight. Now I know that I have to eat more, but more of the right food. I hope you are able to solve your problem.

Not the expert here, but I have read that if you eat too little, it may backfire. In other words, for your body to fire up its engines, it needs to feel it has enough fuel to perform efficiently. Otherwise, it may slip into starvation mode. In your case, 1300 calories a day might be insufficient to lose weight effectively, even if that sounds like a contradiction.
