I've added fiber (along with vitamin D and iron) to my tracker. I find that I am usually a little under my fiber goal so it helps me look for good alternatives when I'm searching for an after dinner snack.
The vitamin D and iron are just personal additions since I have consistently low values when I have my annual physical.
fiber is one of the things that you can track. at the bottom of the tracker there are nutrition reports and such as well as a block that says change nutrition goals once on that page you can add all sorts of other things to track including fiber.
