I've added to my nutritions tracked!

I've added fiber (along with vitamin D and iron) to my tracker. I find that I am usually a little under my fiber goal so it helps me look for good alternatives when I'm searching for an after dinner snack.

The vitamin D and iron are just personal additions since I have consistently low values when I have my annual physical.

Yep. I count my fiber, saturated fats, and sodium.

Just click CHANGE NUTRITION GOALS button at bottom left, and hit ADD ANOTHER NUTRIENT TO TRACK ( There are over 75 nutrients you can track ). That last part is on the page, not my

fiber is one of the things that you can track. at the bottom of the tracker there are nutrition reports and such as well as a block that says
change nutrition goals
once on that page you can add all sorts of other things to track including fiber.

Why is that dietary fiber, a primary factor of a healthy diet, is not calculated as part of our daily intake values? As someone who is studying nursing, I find this to be a concern.
