good morning to all , I am off to work today and wanted to wish everyone a happy day. I have my breakfast and lunch with me , will journal food tracker when I get home.

I used to be a diet diva for anyone who remembers that site. It worked but when they went defunct, I gained the wieght back. I think the spark site is very similar to the DD site because of the support. I really needed to have that and the ability to track my food. Wish me luck, my goal is to be 137 by july 10
