It seems this is a subject not many want to talk about. Well, my "diet" is really just me tracking what I eat on Sparkpeople and watching my portions so I don't overeat my sweets. As far as exercise goes, I do whatever it takes to keep me losing.
I've lost almost 3 pounds in 4 days, I haven't gained at all, I'm not hungry, and I even get to "cheat" here and there so I'm not losing my weight too fast. I play the wii fit plus a lot because I find it a lot of fun, and I also do some Walk Away The Pounds videos, I feel great each day.
