Sonic drive-ins have a new beverage on their menu....ICED GREEN TEA. (comes sweetened with sugar, diet green tea without sugar, and diet green tea w/Splenda). This item may not be available at all Sonics, though it probably is.
I now drink the Diet Green Tea w/Splenda...at only 5-calories for a 32-oz size. The tea tastes wonderful, and it's all the more satisfying to know that I'm getting the healthy benefits that green tea offers!

Regular tea is calorie-free naturally. If it's diet tea in a bottle, then it's no different than just making it at home with artificial sweetener, and you can do it yourself for a fraction of the cost with better flavors and no extra ingredients like "natural flavors".

I make iced tea at home with stevia, much cheaper. Boil a pot of water, add some tea and/or herbs (I buy bulk green tea, chamomile, lavender, etc), a touch of lemon juice, and stevia, then store it in the fridge (after it's cooled) in either bottles or a pitcher.
