75-80%. i haven't weighed myself this week. hopefully i haven't gained any, did exercises everyday so maybe i didn't gain anything. keep your fingers crossed. lol.

I was VERY motivated to keep on track for the holidays since I'm finally at my goal weight after a year and a half. I watched my portions was able to control myself with the sweets and did very well!!!

Nope. Almost completely off track, but I did exercise, and I did drink water. I'm back on for real, for real today and here on out.

Had a few bad days (3, I think), but not in a row. I gained a few pounds, but luckily I (purposely) went into the week of Xmas/New Year's a tad bit under goal, so had a little cushion room. It's incredible how long it can take to lose the weight, but how quickly one can put it on! So unfair! lol

Thanksgiving was the beginning of the great diet hiatus! Too much wine, too much food, far too many relatives. I gained a fair amount back, and now it's time to get back in the saddle!

10-2013 Update: I changed my mind, Yoda is wrong. I am accepting the journey with all its challenges. Sometimes I will falter, and that's okay as long as I am heading in the right direction!

I thought I was going to gain a lot as I let myself eat whatever I wanted for 3 days or so but managed to stay the same. Very happy with that.

Didn't gain

Did allow a few indulgences - a glass of wine with a couple meals; a cookie or two

All in all - not too bad. Just hope that the scale remains friendly while my body adjusts to the extras I've had.
