I was VERY motivated to keep on track for the holidays since I'm finally at my goal weight after a year and a half. I watched my portions was able to control myself with the sweets and did very well!!!

Had a few bad days (3, I think), but not in a row. I gained a few pounds, but luckily I (purposely) went into the week of Xmas/New Year's a tad bit under goal, so had a little cushion room. It's incredible how long it can take to lose the weight, but how quickly one can put it on! So unfair! lol

No, but it didn't do too much damage. I think I carried a lot of my new good habits along with me.
