I hear you loud & clear. Turned 65 today and was told this week I'm pre-diabetic. Sounds likke we're of similar exercise backgrounds too. Went to walk around the block yesterday (my emoticon with Spark) walked past 7 houses and had to turn around! Couldn't belive I was THAT out of shape! As the pounds come off, we both might get past the diabetes problem. emoticon emoticon

I'm 65 years old, way overweight, with some health issues and have just been diagnosed as having diabetes. I'm pretty sedentary, but plan to start exercising, using the workout videos that I've found on this site. Hopefully, I'll keep up the momentum, increase the amount of exercise as I get comfortable with it and be around to enjoy my famly.
