What makes you think you *need* a detox? You body has multiple organs that have specifically evolved to provide that service for you. Not to be vulgar here but that is after all, why we poop.
Most detox diets are unhealthy at best and detrimental to your health at worst. They are also not a solution to permanent weight loss. Eat nutritious food, drink plenty of water and exercise and your body will do the rest for you.
"Toning" is marketing muscles to women who are afraid if they pick up a barbell, they'll leave the gym looking like She-Hulk. It doesn't happen, what does happen is you get results. Lifting Barbie weights does nothing but waste time.

You don't need to detox. Your body isn't a toilet, and it can't be flushed. Plus, the "sacred heart" diet is a total myth. No hospital or medical body has ever claimed it, and those whose name is associated with it have disavowed any association. It's a dangerous fad crash diet, and even for "just seven days" it's not a healthy way to treat your body. Any results will be extremely short term.
Skip the detoxes, cleanses, and shortcuts. There is no easy way to do this.

I personally do not know of any detox diets - I'm not a fan of those kinds of diets. As long as you're eating clean and healthy, you should be fine.

I work out at a gym 3 times a wk on average. I really liked the "Sacred Heart " 7day detox diet cause it gives you exactly what to eat and when... but you cant exercise on it. Anyone know of one that you can do while still remaining active??
