Hi Newcomer to Sparks,

And glad you read about SP in a magazine.
You came to the right place for help & support with your weight lose journey.

Look around Sparks and join a few teams that you find fit's you and be active with them.
Eat with in your calorie range and get moving (exercise) when you can and you'll see results.

I read about this in a magazine today, and thought I would check it out. So here I am. I am trying to get healthy by eating better and getting more active. I enjoy hiking ,but its been too wet out lately.I have been working out on my malibu pilates chair for a few weeks and really like it. The chair is really easy on my joints,so thats a plus. I hope to hear other peoples stories ,
