Sounds yummy. I don't do a lot of smoothies because they don't fill me up the way chewing does, and I hate washing the blender -- but I will have to try this.

Most mornings breakfast is 2c spinach, a banana, a cup of frozen strawberries (or peaches) and 1/3c of nonfat Greek yogurt blended together.

Love greens in my smoothies. I am just careful with how much fruit i put in.

I love spinach in my smoothies! Most of the time I can't even taste it and it adds a great nutritional boost. emoticon

fruit & spinach smoothie! Yum!! (spinach, blueberries, banana, date, ground flax seed, pomegranate juice and a little bit of lime juice!)
