Hello people,
Today is day 3 of being a part of the sparkpeople family. I have been on a serious diet for the past three days. I have been really watching what I eat and counting my calories. I think this is the first time that I am really really determined to lose the weight. I am so glad that I happen to luck up and find this website. I think it is going to really play a huge role in my weight loss.
